Division Zulu has staff that have years of experience, knowledge, and capability to advise/guide you on all processes of the implementation of Contracts and Agreements under the Indian Self Determination and Education Assistance Act of 1975 as Amended, commonly known as Public Law 93-638.  This includes but not limited to assisting with Scopes of Work, Detailed Operating Budgets, Contract Support Costs, and advising on all aspects of the law and its regulations.  Our staff can also provide you the same capability on all processes related to  Cooperative Agreements initiated under 2 CFR Part 200.

Division Zulu has staff that have years of experience, knowledge, and capability to advise/guide you on development of Wildland Fire Programs that may or may not be Contracted or part of an Agreement with the Federal Government or other Governmental Agencies.  Our staff can help you understand workload as it pertains to designing a proper Fire Management Program, standard staffing configurations, resource mix to meet protection needs, and interagency collaboration, Training and personnel development, and more.

Although Division Zulu has a heavy emphasis in Wildland Fire, our team also has the capability and network to help you with Non-Fire program needs.  These needs can range from general administrative to Federal Real Estate, to Natural Resource Management programs, and more.

Our Subject Matter Experts (SME) strive to provide you with the guidance and service that is professionally sound and legally compliant.  Our services can be done through various means such as but not limited to: Virtual, Hybrid, or In-Person.  

Virtual Service is conducted through web applications such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, phone, and other virtual means.  

Hybrid Service can be a combination of web and phone applications combined with In-Person Services as agreed upon.

In-Person Service is conducted by our SME's being onsite throughout the duration of the project.

We strive to provide you with professional service at a reasonable cost that can help with your evolution.

Because of the professional level service provided, our Services start at no less than $450 per hour.  Additional costs may apply if you require additional SME's, travel, or other add-ons.  We can provide you with pay options that allow for billable hours over an agreed upon contract period, or a set amount with specific deliverables.  We can also do a hybrid of both to be your partner in your evolution.  It is best to reach out to us to get a true cost for your project so we can build the best proposal for you!

At Division Zulu, we can accept various payment types that help our partnership grow.  We can accept credit cards, ACH Transfer, Wire Transfer, and/or Checks.
